Hi, I’m Savannah

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics, and since graduating in 2019, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with individuals across a variety of settings—from one-on-one patient care in the medical field, to developing functional spice blends as a food technologist, to supporting families as a Nutritionist with WIC.

My path into herbalism was not just academic—it was deeply personal. About four years ago, during a meditation, I heard the words: “Teacher, Healer, Herbalist.” That moment stayed with me and quietly shaped the direction of my work.

With my background in food science, I’m deeply interested in understanding what plants are doing in the body. But over time, I’ve come to believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Just as each person is unique, so too are the plants we work with. Both carry their own energetic patterns, and true support comes from aligning the two.

This belief led me to develop an in-depth energetic pattern quiz, designed to help you better understand your body and how to work with it—not against it.

In addition to my one-on-one work, I’ve spent the past few years hosting monthly tea gatherings, where we explore herbal blends, common ailments, and even the medicine growing right in our own backyards. Community and education are at the heart of what I do.

When you work with me, my goal is not to overwhelm or control your healing process, but to support and guide you. We’ll look at the full picture—your habits, rhythms, and lived experience—and work together to create something that feels both effective and sustainable.

I am continually learning and evolving in this practice, and I’m honored to begin working more closely with individuals who feel called to this approach.

I look forward to growing alongside you.

My Philosophy

I believe the body is not broken—it is communicating.

Symptoms are not random, nor are they something to simply silence. They are signals. Messages. Invitations to look deeper at what the body may be asking for, or what it may be trying to release, rebalance, or restore.

At its core, the body knows how to heal when it is supported correctly.

Healing is not something I do to you—it is something we create space for, together.

Individualized Healing

No two bodies are the same, and no single plant, protocol, or approach works for everyone.

Each person carries their own patterns—their tendencies, rhythms, strengths, and imbalances. Plants do as well.

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution, I focus on understanding both:

  • the person in front of me
  • and the nature of the plants we’re working with

From there, we create alignment.

Because when the right plant meets the right person, the body responds in a way that feels supportive—not forceful.

Energetics & Science

approach blends scientific understanding with energetic awareness.

Science helps us understand what is happening in the body. Energetics help us understand how and why patterns are showing up—often before they become more serious concerns.

Together, they allow for a more complete and personalized approach.

Awareness First

Your daily patterns—sleep, digestion, stress, nourishment—tell a story.

By paying attention to these rhythms, we uncover simple, meaningful ways to support your body beyond just herbs.

A Collaborative Process

This is a partnership.

You are an active participant in your healing, and your experience matters. I offer guidance and support, but we move at a pace that feels right for you.

No pressure. No perfection required.

Working With Nature

Plants are not quick fixes—they are steady allies.

When used with intention and alignment, they can gently support balance, nourishment, and restoration.

Closing

My goal is to help you better understand your body, so you can feel more connected, confident, and supported in your healing and wellness journey.
